Explanation export file format

To make your target group selections in our marketing database as targeted as possible, we regularly make product adjustments. This often involves extra filters in the tool to refine your selection and more data per record in your export file. This means that after this adjustment, your export file will contain more columns of information and will therefore have a different format than before.

Je can now choose from the download formats Basic and Pledge for the most extensive exports (2020), the 2019, 2017 the 2016 'Classic' format.  

If you want to make full use of all available information, choose the 2020 export file format. If you prefer to work with the previous format, choose one of the other formats. We recommend that you quickly change your settings to the latest format.
